Joan Pla

Joan Pla (Artana, 1942) és docent de professió. Ha publicat més de 60 novel·les, entre les quals destaca Mor una vida, es trenca un amor, un dels clàssics per excel·lència de la literatura valenciana. Editat en 1981, ha venut més de 200.000 exemplars. Les seues obres han rebut diversos premis literaris, com l’Enric Valor de Novel·la, el Fundació Bancaixa de Narrativa Juvenil o el de Narrativa Infantil Vicent Silvestre. El 2020 va ser guardonat amb el Premi Fundació Bromera al Foment de la Lectura.
